Term and condition

1. Registration is valid only for the registered participant and is non-transferable.
2. Participants must report at the venue by 5:15 AM. Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate if the run has already commenced.
3. BIB and T-shirt distribution will take place between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM. Participants must carry their registration confirmation or other identification requested by the organizers.
4. Participants must wear the officially allotted BIB during the run. Running without an assigned BIB, exchanging BIBs, taking shortcuts, receiving unfair assistance or violating the marked route may result in disqualification (DQ).
5. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for unsafe behaviour, misconduct, cheating, route violation, abuse towards volunteers/participants, non-compliance with event instructions or any action that affects the safety or integrity of the event.
6. The decision of the organizers/event officials shall be final and binding in all matters relating to participation, timing, results, rankings, prizes, eligibility and disqualification.
7. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in a 5 KM running event.
8. Participants must follow all instructions given by event officials, volunteers, medical personnel and route marshals.
9. Prize eligibility will be determined according to the event's declared categories and official results. A participant may be asked to provide proof of age/identity before receiving a prize.
10. Registration is limited to 100 participants and may close earlier once capacity is reached.
11. The event schedule, route or other arrangements may be modified due to weather, safety, government instructions or circumstances beyond the organizers' control.
12. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
13. Photography and videography will take place during the event. By participating, participants permit the organizers to use event photographs/videos for event documentation, social media, promotional and community purposes.
14. Participants are expected to maintain sportsmanship, respect fellow runners, volunteers and officials, and help maintain a safe and positive event environment.

By registering for the AHP Vitals 5K Run 2026, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. I am participating in this event voluntarily and confirm that I am physically and medically fit to participate in a 5 KM running event.
2. I understand that running and participation in an outdoor sporting event involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, dehydration, exhaustion, muscle or joint injuries, adverse weather conditions, road or surface hazards and other unforeseen circumstances.
3. I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to take reasonable responsibility for my own health, fitness, safety and personal belongings during the event.
4. If I experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, unusual discomfort or any medical concern, I will immediately slow down, stop running and seek assistance from event volunteers or medical personnel.
5. In case of an emergency, I authorize the event organizers and their designated medical personnel to arrange appropriate first aid, medical assistance or emergency transportation where reasonably required.
6. I agree to follow the designated route and all safety instructions issued by the organizers, event officials, volunteers and medical team.
7. I understand that failure to follow event rules, unsafe behaviour, cheating, route violations or misconduct may result in my immediate disqualification.
8. I acknowledge that the organizer's decision shall be final and binding regarding event conduct, results, prize eligibility and disqualification.
9. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I acknowledge that the organizers, event partners, sponsors, volunteers and associated personnel shall not be held responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from the ordinary and inherent risks of my voluntary participation in the event.
10. I consent to photographs and videos taken during the event being used by the organizers for event coverage, social media, promotional and community communication purposes.
